Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 3–7 business days

Shipping fees

West Malaysia — free shipping on orders of RM100 and above; RM8 on orders below RM100.

East Malaysia — free shipping on orders of RM120 and above; RM15 on orders below RM120.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking your parcel

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, the tracking number appears on your order page and is emailed to you.
