These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed on www.yumicollections.com ("the website"). The website and the Yumi Collections brand are owned and operated by ASTRA LIVE SDN BHD, a company registered in Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed only after full payment has been received. We email you a confirmation once your payment is successful.
• Products are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel an order because of a pricing error, insufficient stock, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Product information

Product photos are for illustration. Slight differences in colour or appearance may occur because of lighting and screen settings.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay Curlec. See our Payment Policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.
