No issues with quality at all. The drop sits a touch lower than I like on my frame, but that is personal preference and the extender helps.
Three separate people have asked where it is from. The teardrop shape is more elegant than a round stone would have been at this size.
Depending on the light it goes from pale lilac to almost silver. I did not expect that from the listing photos and it is the best thing about it.
